We expect our learners to be active. A strong academic foundation must be balanced with physical fitness and cultural participation. Our extramural program is structured to build discipline, leadership, and school pride outside of regular school hours.
The House System
Upon enrollment, every learner is inducted into one of our two official school houses. This creates a structured environment for healthy competition, loyalty, and teamwork across all athletic and cultural events throughout the year.

Physical fitness is a core part of the Gratton routine. We offer a structured sports program including soccer, rugby, cricket, volleyball, netball, and athletics. Our focus is on teaching learners how to compete fairly, handle both victory and defeat, and work effectively as a team.
Clubs & Culture
We expect our learners to be well-rounded. Our cultural activities—including debating, choir, and drama—are designed to teach students how to present themselves confidently, think on their feet, and articulate their ideas in public.
