What are the school hours?
Our school day begins at 07:30 for all learners. Dismissal times vary by grade: Grades 000 to 3 end at 13:30, Grades 4 to 7 end at 14:30, and High School (Grades 8 to 12) ends at 15:00. Extra-curricular activities take place in the afternoon.
From what age do you accept boarding students?
We accept boarders from Grade R through to Matric. Our hostels offer a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all ages.
What curriculum does Gratton School follow?
We follow the comprehensive South African CAPS curriculum, which prepares our learners thoroughly for their National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations in Matric.
