This year, our school turned the page to celebrate World Read Aloud Day with creativity and joy across all grades. It was a day dedicated to the magic of storytelling. Our youngest learners in Grade 000 and R settled in to enjoy stories read by their teachers, while Grades 1-7 took a more active approach. They read in pairs, asked insightful questions, and even brought the tales to life through drama and artwork. In the High School, the focus turned to skill and confidence. Grade 8 and 9 students worked together on pronunciation and reading flow, helping one another improve. Meanwhile, our seniors in Grades 10-12 took the stage, reading prepared stories to their entire class and engaging their peers in lively discussions.
